How matching works

Two acquisition paths, private buyer routing.

The cash-offer analyzer checks the existing California, Minnesota, and New Jersey criteria. The Arizona Creative Terms screen checks the address and basic property and financing facts, then saves promising leads to the same Properties pipeline. The buyer verifies actual expenses, debt payments, and the $500/month net cash-flow target later. Neither screen is a binding offer.
